Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content in various styles (documentary, narrative, advertising) to tell compelling stories.
- Perform expert color correcting to ensure the final product is visually engaging and on-brand.
- Handle post-production processes including asset management, file organization, and delivery of final projects.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling.
- Stay on top of the latest creative trends in social media and best practices for engaging video content.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable attitude, ready to wear different hats in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative content ideas that align with strategic marketing goals.
- Ensure all content is optimized for the appropriate platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across documentary, narrative, and advertising formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing software.
- Strong understanding of color correction techniques and best practices for post-production.
- Experience with asset management, file organization, and delivering on tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with multiple teams.
- Passion for storytelling, a curiosity about the world, and an interest in travel.
- Familiarity with current social media video trends and formats, and eagerness to implement them in campaigns.
- Interest in making a positive impact through creative work.
